Aloha and welcome to Haole Boy Salsas!  Spring is upon us, finally, and that means gardening season is fast approaching.  This year promises to be an exciting one for us.  We will be expanding our product lines with several new offerings.  In addition to some new salsas and hot sauces, we will be offering a line of gourmet salts and seasonings.  We will also be expanding into gourmet vinegars.  Like all of our products, these new lines will be all natural and unique.  Some of these items will be smoked salt, jalapeno salt and Key lime and chile salt.  The vinegar line will include a variety of pepper vinegars as well as fruit vinegars.  

     Haole Boy Salsas are all natural products with no preservatives, artificial ingredients, tomato paste or tomato sauce.  As part of a buy fresh and buy local campaign here in Pennsylvania, we are committed to purchasing produce that is organically grown and pesticide and artificial fertilizer free.  Haole Boy Salsas is an ardent supporter of sustainable agriculture and will continue to search for the best ingredients, even if it means paying a little more for them.  In fact, this is the second year I will be growing peppers obtained from an organic nursery.  Although this may not excite you, believe me, it does me.  Katie gets tired of my prattling on about peppers, but she tolerates it rather well.  Lydia is finally old enough to help with the planting.  At four years of age, it's not too early to expose her to child labor.  Anyway, we are looking forward a very successful year and hope you are part of it.
